Men and Women Outdoor Track & Field traveled to Maryville College to compete in the Scots Invitational.

Jakob Hinterholzer placed fourth for the Men's 100m with a time of 11.08. 
He then placed fourth for the Men's 200m with a time of 22.52, but consistent in staying in the top 5 finalists.  
 
Sam Fulton placed fifth in the Men's 800m with a time of 1:57.73, and Jacy Grabeel placed 16^th with a time of 2:24.13. 
 
Cole Stetson placed fourth in the Men's 1500m with a time 4:07.77.
 
The 4x400m Relay came in second with a time of 3:39.23. 
 
Moving on to the field…
 
Avery Hatfield placed 8^th in the Men's Shot Put with a score of 9.36m, and then placed fourth in the Men's Hammer with a mark of 33.60m.  Alex Yager placed 7^th (30.22m) and Avery Hatfield placed 8^th (30.09m).  
 
Nathan McBride placed fifth with a mark of 36.36m in the Men's Discus.  While Alex Yager placed 7^th(29.23m), and Avery Hatfield following behind in 8^th (28.12m).
 
Alex Yager and Nathan McBride placed third and fourth in the Men's Javelin.

In the women's categories...
 
Ashlee Lewis placed fourth in the Women's 100m with a time of 12.85.
 
Destiny Gibbs snatched first in the Women's 400m with a time of 57.40, while her opponents 
finished behind her with times a little over a minute.  
 
Grace Rose and Reaghan Curde were a few seconds within each other in the Women's 800m.  Rose grabbed first with a time of 2:25.24, and Curde was right behind her in second with a time of 2:26.51.
 
The women's success continued as Brooke Foster and Harper Russell were also just within a few seconds from each other in the Women's 1500m. Foster grabbed first with a time of 4:49.84 and Russell finished right behind her with a time of 4:53.34.  Maria Chellah placed fifth with a time of 5:30.56. 
 
The women took first, second, and third in the Women's 3000m.  Brooke Foster came in first with a time of 10:39.17, setting a new school record.  Olivia Trulove came in second with a time of 12:36.13.  Lillian Truly finished third with a time of 12:51.15. 
 
Kirsten Keith and Aubrey Bachtel were second and third in the Women's 5000m with times of 20:53.06 and 21:58.02. 
 
Elizabeth Close finished first way ahead of her opponents in the Women's 100m Hurdles with a time of 15:22.  
 
The 4x400 Relay came in second behind Tennessee Wesleyan with a time of 4:16.60.
 
Moving on to the field…
 
Elizabeth Close finished third in the Long Jump with a mark of 4.98m.  
 
Freshman Kylee Alvis finished first in the Shot Put with a mark of 9.96m.  Lydia Thurman placed third with a mark of 8.92m.
 
For the Women's Hammer, Lauren Smith came in third with a mark of 38.14m, and Kylee Alvis finished fifth with a mark of 34.09m.  
 
Kylee Alvis then came in first again in the Javelin with a mark of 30.69m.  Lydia Thurman came in third with a mark of 27.63m. 
 
 
Next Up:
They will travel to Richmond, Kentucky, to compete in the EKU Rick Ermann Twilight Friday, April 21^st, and Saturday, April 22^nd.
