Harrogate, TN - Four days after falling to the Anderson Lady Trojans at home, the Lincoln Memorial women's basketball team will be back in action against Carson-Newman on the road Wednesday. The Lady Splitters enter the contest with an overall record of 12-5 including a 7-4 mark in conference play. The Lady Eagles enter the game with an overall record of 14-5 with an 8-3 mark in conference play. Earlier in the season when these teams met, it took double overtime for a winner to be determined, seeing the Lady Splitters emerge victorious in a hard-fought game.

Lincoln Memorial is led in scoring by Lauren Flowers, averaging 15.1 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. She is followed in scoring by Jordan Maney who averages 14.4 points per game to go along with 4.1 rebounds per game. Alexa Smiddy is the only other Lady Railsplitter currently averaging double figure points per game, with 11.2 points per game. She also chips in 2.6 rebounds per game. Geo Rios continues to be the best rebounding guard in the conference, hauling in 8.8 rebounds per game from the point guard position. She also chips in 8.7 points per game, nearly averaging a double-double. Matty Tanner has cost polyester net makers a fortune this year, seemingly torching nets every time she shoots the ball. She leads the Lady Splitters in three pointers made and three point field goal percentage (37, .395).
