Harrogate, TN — Senior forward Kamil Collier has earned Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) NCAA Division II Coaches' All-America honorable mention honors.
The recognition comes with an outstanding season in which Collier started all 31 games for the Lady Railsplitters, averaging 33.7 minutes per game and within the top 5 nationally in double-doubles with 20.
With this honor, Collier becomes just the second player in LMU women's basketball history to receive WBCA All-America recognition and only the second Lady Railsplitter to be named a two-time All-American.
In addition, Collier was named to the D2CCA All-America Second Team, D2CCA Southeast Region Player of the Year, D2CCA Southeast Region First Team, NCAA Southeast Regional All-Tournament Team, South Atlantic Conference (SAC) Player of the Year, First Team All-SAC, and SAC All-Tournament Team. Collier was also named SAC Player of the Week three times and TSWA Player of the Week once during the season.
