Harrogate, TN- Lincoln Memorial's softball team is set to face Lee University on Wednesday, February 21st, for a softball doubleheader, slated for 1 PM and 3 PM starts. The games were originally scheduled for February 7th but had been postponed due to sickness.Â
LMU is 7-7 on the season, coming off their most recent performance in the LMU Invitational where they earned wins over Lock Haven and #2 ranked Grand Valley State.
Reese Vivrette continues to be the team leader in batting average and hits, batting .463 so far this season with 19 hits.
Sterre den Duijn and
Madison Henry also continue to be key contributors, each with 14 hits apiece.
Margot van Eijl has also proved herself to be a solid starting pitcher for the Lady Splitters, holding batters to a .278 average and currently holding a count of 47 strikeouts so far.
