Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial baseball team is set to take on Lenoir-Rhyne in a weekend series, following a 3-0 sweep of the Mars Hill Lions last weekend, and a midweek victory on the road at Erskine.
The Railsplitters have been tearing it up on offense so far this season.
Carson Boles leads the team with a .500 batting average and has delivered 13 RBI on 20 hits, with four doubles and three homers.
Cameron Bowen is hitting at a .447 clip with 16 RBI on 17 hits. He has two doubles, a triple, and four homers on the season.
Ryan Kurth is batting .410 with eight RBI on 16 hits. He has three doubles, a triple, and a homer on the season. DJ Alexander Jr. is batting .310 thus far with five RBI in 13 hits. He has two doubles and a homer on the season.
Joey LaMattina follows closely with a .308 average, delivering a team-leading 19 RBI on 12 hits. On the season, LaMattina has three doubles and four homers, including a three-run shot in his first collegiate at-bat.
Kasten Harvey is hitting at a .286 clip so far this season, delivering five RBI on 12 hits with four doubles. Colin Goda is hitting at a .263 mark, driving in eight RBI on 10 hits with three doubles and two homers.
Chris Hall is hitting .313 with 12 RBI on 10 hits with three doubles and two homers, including a late-game grand slam on Wednesday against Erskine College.
