Harrogate, TN - Winners of their last three games in a row, the Lincoln Memorial women's basketball team is set to be back in action on Saturday night at home for the final game of the regular season. The Lady Splitters will honor their seniors in the final regular season game against Limestone. Lincoln Memorial took a 66-56 decision when the two teams met earlier this season.
Lincoln Memorial is looking to end the regular season on a four game winning streak. The Lady Splitters are currently in a tie for third in the South Atlantic Conference standings with a 13-6 conference record, and 18-7 record overall. Limestone is second-to-last in the conference with a 4-15 conference record, and a 10-17 record overall.
The Lady Splitters are led in scoring by
Lauren Flowers, who averages 16.2 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. She is followed by
Jordan Maney, who averages 13.6 points and 4.1 rebounds per game.
Alexa Smiddy is the only other player to average double figures, averaging 12.5 points and 3.0 rebounds per game.
Geovana Rios is the team's leading rebounder from the point guard position, and is the best rebounding guard in the South Atlantic Conference. She averages nearly a double-double with 8.6 points and 8.2 rebounds per game.
Tip-off between the Lady Splitters and Lady Saints is slated for 2:00 PM in Harrogate.
