Harrogate, TN- The Lincoln Memorial University Lady Railsplitters faced a tough loss against the Wingate Bulldogs in SAC play.
Despite putting up a strong fight, Lincoln Memorial University encountered a challenging defeat on Saturday afternoon as they were swept 0-7 by the Wingate University Bulldogs in South Atlantic Conference women's tennis action. With this loss, Lincoln Memorial's overall record falls to 7-8, with a 1-3 record in league play, while Wingate maintains their impressive 7-1 overall record and remains undefeated with a 3-0 record in the SAC.
Doubles Play:
Despite a determined effort, our top-seeded pair faced tough opposition and were unable to secure the victory, ultimately falling short with a score of 4-6 at one doubles.
Moving on to two doubles, Carla Ramonet and Mar Garcia Bucosa fought hard but were unable to turn the tide in their favor, ultimately losing with a score of 1-6.
At three doubles, Lucie Palud and Rosalie Carrier-Dulac put up a valiant effort, but despite their best attempts, they were unable to clinch the win, ultimately falling short with a score of 6-7.

Adriana Pellizzari fought at two singles but couldn't secure the win, ultimately losing with a score of 2-6, 2-6.
