Harrogate, TN- Softball will host Newberry on Saturday, April 6th, for a 1 PM/3 PM doubleheader in the team's Stronger Together games. 

LMU sits at 22-18 (9-7) on the year, falling to #18 Lenoir-Rhyne in their most recent series this week. Reese Vivrette continues to lead the team in batting average so far this season, hitting .487 on the season with 57 hits and a .625 on-base percentage. Sterre den Duijn leads the team in RBI with 38 and continues to be a solid contributor with her 1.093 OPS. A 4.7 ERA and 1.59 WHIP from Margot van Eijl leads the Lincoln Memorial pitching staff so far this season, continuing to be a solid contributor for the squad.

Newberry is currently 20-18 (8-8) on the year, their most recent action being a series victory over Catawba this past week. Newberry is batting .320 as a team so far this season with a .900 OPS. Lex Glemaker leads their pitching staff, posting a 3.16 ERA and 1.47 WHIP on the season. The two programs have had a competitive past, and this series will look to be no differently, the teams being within two places of one another in conference standings.
