NORMAN, Okla. – Lincoln Memorial University Golf Coach Brad Robinson is one of five national finalist for the 2024 Dave Williams Award presented by Golf Pride Grips as announced by the GCAA.
The Williams Award honors the national coach of the year in NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, NJCAA Division I, and NJCAA Division II men's golf. Joining Robinson on the list of finalist are Mark Hull of Colorado Christian, Gareth Lappin of Grand Valley State, Derrick Thompson of Central Oklahoma, and Bryson Worley of North Georgia.
Robinson in his first year as the head coach has overseen a great season in which the Railsplitters collected four wins and four more top five finishes. The Railsplitters have been ranked second in Scoreboard powered by Clippd's National Rankings all season. Robinson was named the SAC Coach of the Year earlier this year with five Railsplitters being named to the All-SAC team, three Railsplitters named to the PING All-Region team and
George Durkan named SAC Golfer of the Year.
