Harrogate, TN - Lincoln Memorial men's tennis player Alex Giurea has been named this week's First Century Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week. Giurea was the SP2023 - SAC Freshman of the Year and SAC Player of the Week, 2025 SAC Player of the Week First Team in Singles First Team in Doubles. He has been honored on the Dean's List every year at LMU, is a member of the LMU C.O.R.E. business club, as well as SAAC rep for tennis team, is in the Delta My Delta society, is a member of the LMU Choir, and is a member of Chi Alpha Sigma student athlete honor society. He also graced the whole athletic department and teams with his amazing talent last spring at the Lincoln Awards, performing multiple instruments. Giurea routinely shows off his ability to shine on the court, in the classroom, and on the stage performing music.
