Harrogate, TN- The Lincoln Memorial softball team will continue their 2025 campaign with the LMU Invitational this Friday, February 14th, with games scheduled for 2 PM and 4 PM. The change to a one-day event on Friday comes in light of expected inclement weather on Saturday and Sunday.

Halle Grace Patton has taken most of the workload in the circle, throwing 38 innings pitched so far and holding a 5-1 record in seven appearances. Patton holds a 1.84 ERA and 1.08 WHIP, striking out 27 thus far.

Their first contest on Friday will face Davis & Elkins. The Senators are 2-7 this season, going 0-4 in the Bear Bash last weekend in Hickory, NC. Their squad is hitting .328 on the season with a .470 slugging percentage and a .443 on-base percentage. On average, they are being outscored by about three runs from their opponents and have had a .411 batting average against.
