Harrogate, TN – The Lincoln Memorial men's lacrosse team will begin conference play as they play host to the Mars Hill Lions Saturday afternoon at 4 pm.
Saturday will be the 9
th time that Lincoln Memorial and Mars Hill will meet, with the Railsplitters slightly winning the series 5-4. Their most recent match up, which was last season in April of 2024, LMU fell to the Lions 10-11. Their last meeting in Harrogate, however, was in April of 2023, and the Railsplitters came out on top 12-7.
Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a 10-14 loss against #16 (#19 at the time of play) Saint Leo.
Alex Winters and
Gavin Reid led the game in points with 4, with Winters tallying 4 goals and Reid recording 1 goal and 3 assists.
Rhodes Conroy would post 3 points with 2 goals and 1 assist, and
Brock Saunders would register 2 points with 1 goal and 1 assist.
Koen Burdette and
Jenson Jones would get 1 point each from 1 goal.
Haden Berry,

Ashton Wilson would b the team-leader in caused turnovers with 2. Berry won 11/19 face-offs.
Connor Fitzgibbon would earn himself 9 saves.
