Harrogate, TN- The Lincoln Memorial Softball team (20-9, 4-4) will host Anderson (16-14, 2-6) on Tuesday, March 18th, for a 1 PM/3 PM doubleheader in Harrogate.

LMU went 3-1 last week, taking a series sweep over Coker on the road and then splitting with Lenoir-Rhyne at home. The team is hitting .295 on the year with a .384 on-base percentage and a .405 slugging percentage. Hannah McMeen leads the team, hitting .381 on the season now with a 1.088 OPS and a .619 slugging percentage. Anna Kate Reicher has also been a staple for the team, the leadoff hitter batting .345 and holding a .433 on-base percentage. Hanna Bogoski is the team leader in RBI, with 19 runs crossing the plate on her account. In the circle, Halle Grace Patton has now thrown 15 complete games, posting six shutouts and a 2.06 ERA in her 118.2 innings of work. 

Anderson will face the Splitters after earning two series splits against Newberry and Carson-Newman last week. The Trojans are hitting .312 this season, going .407 in on-base and .464 in slugging percentages. Their pitching staff has a combined ERA of 6.48 with a .296 average against. Jenna Davis is their hitting leader, holding a .412/.467/.526 slash line. Anderson holds the all-time series between the programs, taking all four contests between them last season.
