Harrogate, TN - Three days after sweeping Roosevelt in a four-game series, the Lincoln Memorial baseball team is slated to be back on the road for the first time in more than two weeks after an eight-game home stand. Following the sweep of Roosevelt, the Railsplitters improved to 16-10 on the season, maintaining a 6-6 mark in conference play. Bluefield State has had a rough season thus far, limping into the game with the Railsplitters with a 2-19 record.

Kasten Harvey leads the team, and is tied for first in the conference, in home runs with 13 on the season. He is also sixth in the conference in hits, and third in the conference in RBI with 32. He is batting .362 with a .857% SLG% and a 1.322 OPS. In 105 at-bats this season, he has only been struck out 11 times and has connected on 38 hits, including: five doubles, four triples, and 13 long bombs. He's also added 31 runs on the season. Archer Wong-Shasteen follows Harvey in hits with 27, which is good for 33rd in the conference. He has driven in 14 runs so far this season. Brooks Hagedorn, Sam Mast, Alex Kowalski, Trace Simmons, Austin Epperson, and Chris Hall each have 10 or more RBI on the season. Kowalski is second on the team with 21, Sam Mast then follows with 19, Simmons has 17, Hagedorn has 15, Wong-Shasteen with 14, Hall has 14, and Epperson has 12, seeing the Railsplitters with eight batters who have double digit RBI on the season. Hall became Lincoln Memorial's all-time triples leader on recenlty against Emory & Henry after claiming the single season triples record in 2024. Kasten Harvey is encroaching upon the all-time home run record at Lincoln Memorial as well.

First pitch for game one of Wednesday's midweek match up is slated for 4 PM in Bluefield, WV.
