HARROGATE Tenn. - The Lincoln Memorial Women's Tennis team finished up their match against Lee University this evening. The Lady Railsplitters would have fallen to the Flames 3-4. 

Securing the first doubles win was Adriana Pellizzari and Mar Garcia at No. 3 doubles, winning their doubles match 6-2. Securing the doubles point for the team was Rosalie Carrier-Dulac and Lucie Palud at No. 1 doubles, finishing the match 6-3. Getting another win for the team was No. 2 doubles Marta Melnichenok and Alexandra Ortiz. The doubles pairing would have finished with a score of 6-3.

Starting off the singles was Marta Melnichenok at No. 2 singles who would battle with her opponent, but lost 1-6, 4-6. Finishing next was Adriana Pellizzari at No. 1 singles. Pellizzari resulted in a score of 3-6, 2-6. Mann-Ning Li at No. 5 singles would have fought until the very end, but finished with a score of 4-6, 1-6.

Alexandra Ortiz at No. 4 singles finished with a score of 3-6, 4-6. Getting another point for the Railsplitters was Rosalie Carrier-Dulac at No. 3 singles, winning 6-2, 6-3. In a third set thriller, Carla Ramonet would take her opponent down, 6-2, 2-6, 6-2. 

The Railsplitters will play again Saturday, March 8th at Hartsville, SC against Coker University. This will be their second conference match of the season.
