Harrogate, TN - Three days after falling to Trevecca Nazarene on the road in a midweek match up, the Lincoln Memorial baseball team is slated to be back in action beginning Friday for a three-game weekend conference series with the Anderson Trojans. Lincoln Memorial enters the series with a 19-14 overall record, sitting at 9-9 in conference play. Anderson travels to Harrogate with a 19-14 overall record and an 8-10 mark in conference play.
Kasten Harvey leads the team, and the conference, in home runs with 16 on the season. He recently became Lincoln Memorial's all-time leader in career home runs. He is also seventh in the conference in hits, and fourth in the conference in RBI with 38. He is batting .348 with an .807% SLG% and a 1.259 OPS. In 135 at-bats this season, he has connected on 42 hits, including: six doubles, four triples, and 16 homers. He's also added 39 runs on the season.
Archer Wong-Shasteen and
Alex Kowalski follow Harvey in hits with 33 each. Kowalski has driven in 32 runs on the season, good for second on the team and eighth in the conferece. Wong-Shasteen has driven in 15 runs so far this season.

Sam Mast,
Trace Simmons, and
Chris Hall each have 15 or more RBI on the season. Simmons is third on the team with 26 runs driven in this season. Mast follows with 24. Hall and Hagedorn have 16 RBI each.
Austin Epperson has driven in 12 runs on the season and
Joey LaMattina has added 10 RBI thus far, seeing the Railsplitters with nine batters who have double digit RBI on the season.
First pitch between Anderson and Lincoln Memorial is slated for 6:00 PM Friday evening at Lamar Hennon Field.
