Rock Hill, S.C. - With the first game of the season just under two weeks away, three Railsplitters have been named to the South Atlantic Conference Women's Tennis Players to Watch list, as the Railsplitters placed seventh in the preseason coaches poll.
Senior Rosalie Carrier-Dulac leads the list for the Splitters following strong performances at the ITA Regional and the LMU Invitational. Adriana Pellizzari joins the list in her junior year after a strong fall campaign, while sophomore Alexandra Ortiz rounds out the list of Railsplitter preseason player honors.
The team earned seventh-place in the poll after a 14-12 finish to the 2025 season. LMU earned 77 points in the final poll, placing them ahead of Lenoir-Rhyne, UVA Wise, Tusculum, Emory & Henry, and Mars Hill.
The Railsplitters first take to the court in February 6th to host the University of the Cumberlands, and will open South Atlantic Conference play on February 28th when they travel to face Anderson.
