Harrogate, TN -- The South Atlantic Conference announced its WePlayed Sports Women's Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week on Tuesday, seeing Lincoln Memorial thrower Ashley Parrish honored. Parrish had a tremendous week of competition, competing in the Tryon Last Chance meet in Mill Spring, NC. She claimed first place in the weight throw with a toss of 51 feet, 10 inches, setting a new school record in the event. She followed that performance with a runner-up finish in the shot put at 39 feet, 10½ inches, turning in a strong multi-event weekend, earning SAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honors.
