The Railsplitters enter the match up with a 9-7 overall record and a 4-2 mark in South Atlantic Conference play. Lincoln Memorial has found success early in the conference schedule, having claimed both of its previous series two games to one with victories over Carson-Newman and Emory & Henry. The team carries significant momentum into the weekend following a dramatic 7-6 walk-off win on Wednesday against Trevecca Nazarene, which was recognized as one of the hottest teams in the region at the time of the contest.
The Railsplitter offense features several consistent contributors at the top of the lineup.
