Women's Tennis Welcomes Purdue Northwest, Emory & Henry This Week

Harrogate, TN – The Lincoln Memorial Women's Tennis team returns home, looking to remain unbeaten in Harrogate as the Railsplitters will play Purdue Northwest on Tuesday and Emory & Henry on Wednesday as part of a midweek series.  

LMU split their two matches last week, defeating Tusculum at home 4-1 before dropping to 15th-ranked WIngate on the road on Saturday. The .500 week moved the Splitters to 6-3 this season, 2-2 in the South Atlantic Conference.  

In the doubles bracket, the duo of Natalia Reimer and Adriana Pellizzari have been leading the Railsplitters this season, with the pair going 6-2 in the Railsplitters nine matches and holding a 3-1 conference record.  

Pellizzari is joined by Alexandra Ortiz and Mia Rodriguez in singles play, with the three each leading the Railsplitters at 4-2 against their competition this year.  

Purdue Northwest enters Tuesday with a 4-8 record following losses to McKendree and Davenport, while Emory & Henry is 3-8 and 1-3 in the South Atlantic Conference.  

Lincoln Memorial's Tuesday match will begin at 2:00 p.m. before facing Emory & Henry at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. A link to the live stats page for each matches can be found below.
