MONROE, NC – The Lincoln Memorial University women's golf team returns to action March 9–10 at the Jerry Surratt Memorial Intercollegiate, hosted by Wingate at Stonebridge Golf Club in Monroe, North Carolina.

LMU heads into the week with plenty of momentum after a championship performance at the LR/Dunes West Women's Intercollegiate (Feb. 23–24). Ranked No. 23 nationally in the latest Division II poll, the Railsplitters posted a three-round 915 (+51) (311-307-297) and pulled away from the field with a strong closing round. Joy Aspetaki led the way with a runner-up finish at 220 (+4) (75-71-74), while Millie Russell added a top-four showing by placing fourth at 224 (+8) (74-77-73). LMU also got solid contributions throughout the lineup from Dilyara Bulambayeva (T-24, 236), Reese Rexroat (T-31, 238), and Ruby McLellan (244) as the Railsplitters paired scoring with steady golf, highlighted by 157 total pars, matching the event's best 24 birdies, and leading the field in par-3 scoring.

The Jerry Surratt Memorial brings another high-level test, featuring several of the nation's top programs, including No. 1 Wingate, No. 2 DBU, No. 3 Anderson (SC), No. 4 Findlay, No. 5 Grand Valley State, and No. 7 North Georgia, along with ranked and regional threats such as No. 14 Lee, No. 22 Erskine, and No. 29 Carson-Newman. With a loaded field and LMU coming off a win, the Railsplitters will look to keep building momentum as the spring schedule continues.
