Milligan, TN- The Men's and Women's cross country squads competed in the Eli Cramer Invitational hosted by Milligan University this Friday. Both teams ran a three mile race with a competition field including the host Milligan University and Lees-McRae College.  

Coach Kavalunas had this to say following the day's races: "Both teams had solid performances today. We trained pretty hard this week and went into today's race with little recovery and I thought they raced well with some tired legs. There weren't a lot of schools but the competition was good. Both of Milligans' teams are nationally ranked #2 in NAIA."

Marig Engelbrecht, Sam Fulton, Benjamin Trimm, and Spencer Baldwin would all finish in the Top 10 to help push the Railsplitters for a top team finish on the day. For the women, the team would place second with Kaylee Estridge, Grace Rose, Harper Russell, Reaghan Curde, and Weslyn McIntosh all with Top 12 finishes.
