Greenwood, SC- The LMU Women's Golf team competed in the Lady Bearcat Invitational hosted by Lander this week, finishing 8th in the 22 team field.

Lauren Martin and Rachel Mathieson would be the team leaders once again in scoring, both finishing tied for fifth at seven-over. Mathieson would do so with her rounds of 73-75-75. Martin's would come through rounds of 75-74-74. The tournament marks the second straight Top Five finish for the two. 

The tournament ws the last of the regular season for the Lady Splitters. Their next action will be at the SAC Championships April 14th-16th at the Country Club of Salisbury in Salisbury, NC.
