Anderson, SC - The Lincoln Memorial women's basketball team will be seeking their 9th conference win of the season as they face the Trojans of Anderson Saturday afternoon at 2 pm. 

This will be the 31st meeting between the two teams, with Anderson leading the series record 7-24. This will be the second time that LMU and Anderson will be facing each other this season, the first match up being this season in December of 2024, where the Lady Railsplitters fell 59-71. The last time that Lincoln Memorial defeated Anderson at Anderson was March of 2021, where the score was 64-62. 

Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a 92-69 win against Mars Hill. Alexa Smiddy was the game leader in points with 23, while Lexi Patty registered a career-high 21 points and Dominique Rodriguez posted a season-high 15 points. Kamil Collier almost recorded a double-double, scoring 14 points and team-high 9 rebounds. 

Smiddy is currently leading the team in scoring average, averaging 14.6 points a game, with Collier one point behind her averaging 13.6 points a game. Collier is the team-leader on the season in rebounds with nearly 10 rebounds a game, 9.9. Patty is the second-leading rebounder on the team with 5.1 rebounds per game. 

Collier's 9.9 rebounds places her third in the conference in rebounds, just .1 away from second place, which is held by Anderson's McDowell, and .4 away from leading the conference. Collier is placed second in the conference in defensive rebounds per game and fourth in offensive rebounds with 4.3 per game. Smiddy and Collier are placed 11th and 12th in the conference in points per game. Smiddy is tied to lead the conference in three-pointers made with 41, while Tanner is tied for fourth with 40. Patty is within the top 10 in field goal percentage, sitting in 8th with a percentage of 52.1%. 

As a team, Lincoln Memorial is sitting second in the conference in three-pointers made with 147, and sixth in three-point percentage with 31.5%. LMU is fourth in the SAC in free-throw percentage with a percentage of 73.9%

In the nation, Collier is 25th in total rebounds with 188, and 33rd in defensive rebounds per game with 6.7. The team as a whole is 40th in the nation in three-pointers per game with 7.7.

Anderson is coming off of a 66-70 loss against Coker. 

Lincoln Memorial's record is 9-10 overall and 8-8 in the SAC, and LMU is currently sitting in 7th in the SAC standings. Anderson's record is 12-9 overall and 8-7 in the conference, and they are currently 6th in the SAC standings.
