Head coach Rochelle Black was pleased once again with his team's performance. W"e didn't take as many as we've typically taken," he said. "But, the performances were still high. The combined events in our conference are tough and Maggie (Sanderson) is putting herself in scoring position. Simon's (Fillers) debut was solid.," he added. "With it being his first race since November, we can expect to see him cut down his time as he continues to get into race shape. Nevaeh (Kerns) had a great showing in the weight throw. Not her best overall, but for sure the best series of six throws she's ever strung together."

Track and field will be back in action on Valentine's Day at Centre College in the Centre Indoor Invitational.
