Men’s Golf Heads to Kinderlou for First Federal Southeastern Collegiate

LOWNDES COUNTY, GA – Lincoln Memorial University men's golf returns to action March 9–10 at the 2026 First Federal Southeastern Collegiate, hosted by Valdosta State at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club in Valdosta, Georgia.

LMU enters the week carrying momentum after a standout showing at the Las Vegas Desert Classic, where the Railsplitters finished second in a deep field at 858 (–6), trailing only No. 3 West Florida. Edward Mason paced LMU with a runner-up individual finish at 208 (–8), while Ryan Gavin added a top-10 performance by tying for sixth at 212 (–4) as LMU surged with a second-round 274 (–14) to move into contention.

The Southeastern Collegiate field is stacked with national quality, featuring several programs ranked inside the top 30 of the latest Division II poll, including No. 2 Lee, No. 3 West Florida, No. 4 Florida Southern, No. 7 Georgia Southwestern, No. 11 Columbus State, No. 13 Nova Southeastern, and No. 15 Saint Leo, along with No. 20 Barry, No. 22 Rollins, No. 28 Lynn, and No. 21 LMU. With so many ranked programs on site, the two-day event sets up as another important spring test against some of the nation's best.

With a strong start to the spring slate already on the board, LMU will look to build on its recent form at Kinderlou and continue climbing as the postseason picture begins to take shape. Live scoring will be available through the tournament's official link.
