HARROGATE, TN - Lincoln Memorial softball senior infielder Reese Vivrette has been named the South Atlantic Conference Player of the Week after powering the Railsplitters to a perfect 4-0 week in SAC play against Tusculum and Mars Hill. Vivrette was red-hot at the plate, batting .706 with a .722 on-base percentage, piling up 12 hits in 17 at-bats while reaching base 13 times overall. She recorded multiple hits in all four games, struck out zero times in 18 plate appearances, and continued to set the tone at the top of the lineup.
Vivrette also drove in seven runs and scored five more, highlighted by a triple, a .824 slugging percentage, and two stolen bases as she consistently created pressure on the defense. Her biggest day came in the SAC road doubleheader at Mars Hill, where she went 4-for-5 in the second game to help complete the series sweep. Defensively, Vivrette remained steady while moving around the infield, totaling 15 chances and eight putouts during the week. On the season, she leads LMU with a .381 batting average and has posted 48 hits, 32 runs, and 17 RBI while starting all 36 games for the Railsplitters.
