CLEVELAND, TN – The No. 20 Lincoln Memorial University women's golf team continues its postseason run May 4–6 at the NCAA Division II South Regional, hosted by Lee University at Cleveland Country Club. The three-day event features 54 holes of stroke play, with the top four teams and top two individuals not with an advancing team moving on to the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championships in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
LMU heads to Cleveland riding momentum after a runner-up finish at the SAC Championship, highlighted by a deep match-play push and a spring season that included a team title at the LR/Dunes West Intercollegiate, along with multiple top-four finishes. The Railsplitters enter regional play ranked No. 20 nationally, continuing to climb in one of Division II's toughest regions.
The South Regional field is stacked with national contenders, led by No. 1 Wingate and No. 3 Anderson (S.C.), and also featuring top-25 programs including Nova Southeastern, Lynn, Lander, Barry, Tampa, Lee, Flagler, Florida Southern, North Georgia, Rollins, Saint Leo, Eckerd, West Florida, Erskine, and Palm Beach Atlantic.
Live scoring will be available throughout the week, with the Railsplitters aiming to earn one of the region's four-team bids to nationals.
