Women's Soccer Releases 2026 Schedule

Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial women's soccer team and head coach Tasha Flynn have announced the upcoming schedule for the 2026 season. 

This season we will see seven home matches and nine away matches. Five out of the seven home matches will be South Atlantic Conference matches and will be played at LMU Lacrosse Complex, with the other five SAC matches being away. In the five seasons that Coach Flynn has led the women's soccer team, they have went 19-11-8 at home and 31-36-12 overall. 

The team will have three exhibition matches. They will alternate between home and away for the preseason, beginning with hosting Milligan on August 15th, followed by traveling to Danville, KY on August 20th to face Centre. Their last contest before the regular season begins will be against King at home on August 22nd. 

The Railsplitters will begin the 2026 season on the road as they face non-conference opponent Trevecca Nazarene in Nashville, TN on August 27th. The team will then have their home opener to close out August against another non-conference opponent, Columbus State, on August 27th. 

Lincoln Memorial will start September with a pair of road matches, first traveling to Morrow, GA to play against Clayton State on September 3rd, followed by facing non-conference opponent Georgia College in Milledgeville, GA on September 5th. The squad will then return home for back-to-back matches, beginning with hosting Bob Jones on September 7th for a non-conference match up and Lenoir-Rhyne to follow on September 12th. As the pattern continues, LMU will go back on the road for two matches. They will start out traveling to Newberry, SC to face Newberry on September 19th and then make the short trip to Greeneville, TN to face Tusculum on September 23rd. The Railsplitters will come back home on September 26th to face Wingate before heading back on the road for to face the last non-conference opponent of the season, Lee, on September 30th to close out the month. 

Like September, Lincoln Memorial will begin October on the road to face Mars Hill in Mars Hill, NC on October 2nd. The squad will then play on their home field for two matches, with the first being against Emory & Henry on October 7th and the second being against Catawba on October 10th. On October 17th, LMU will go back on the road to Hartsville, SC to face Coker, then return home for the last time in the regular season as they face Anderson on October 24th. The team will end the regular season on the road as they make the trip to Jefferson City, TN to face Carson-Newman on October 28th. 

The SAC Tournament will begin on October 31st with the quarterfinal matches at campus sites. The semifinal and final matches will be on November 6th and November 8th, both in Matthews, NC.
