Rock Hill, S.C. - Following an electric start to the 2026 season, the South Atlantic Conference has named Greta Chizzali as the conference's Runner of the Week. 

Chizzali led Lincoln Memorial to a strong open, as the Junior dominated in the Women's 4k, finishing eighth out of 49 total entries in a time of 14:26.0. Chizzali's top 10 finish was the first of her collegiate career and marked a new best-time in the 4k, finishing behind competition from Tennessee Tech and Chattanooga. Chizzali's performance landed Lincoln Memorial a podium finish on the day, as the Splitters ended the day third as a team.  

Chizzali and the Railsplitters will next take to the course on September 19th, when they will compete in the Converse Kick-Off for their second race of the season in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
