HARROGATE, TN – Lincoln Memorial University women's golfer Joy Aspetaki was named Third Team All-Conference as the South Atlantic Conference announced its 2026 SAC Women's Golf All-Conference Teams and major award winners.
A sophomore from Crete, Greece, Aspetaki put together one of the strongest seasons in the league, pairing consistency with high-end finishes against some of the nation's best. She enters the postseason with a 74.6 adjusted scoring average across 28 rounds, along with two top-three finishes on the year. Aspetaki also ranks No. 76 nationally and No. 45 in the region, highlighting her steady rise throughout the 2025-26 campaign.
Aspetaki's spring resume featured several key performances for the nationally ranked Railsplitters, including a runner-up finish at the LR/Dunes West Women's Intercollegiate (2nd of 96) to help power LMU to the team title, and a standout showing at the Grand Harbor Classic, where she placed third out of 104 while helping the Railsplitters finish among the conference's top teams heading into championship season.
The SAC's major awards went to Wingate's Amely Bochaton, who was named Golfer of the Year, while Anderson's Olivia Roberts earned Freshman of the Year honors. Wingate head coach JD Lamm was voted Coach of the Year following another strong season for the Bulldogs.
