HARROGATE, TN – Lincoln Memorial University women's golf has been selected to compete in the 2026 NCAA Division II South Regional, set for May 4–6 at Cleveland Country Club in Cleveland, Tennessee, hosted by Lee University.
The Railsplitters punch their ticket to the NCAA postseason after putting together one of the strongest seasons in program history, highlighted by a historic runner-up finish at the 2026 South Atlantic Conference Championship at The Preserve at Verdae. LMU's second-place conference finish marked the program's best showing since 2012, as the Railsplitters advanced through stroke play and into medal match play during a breakthrough week in Greenville.
LMU's postseason resume was built on a spring stretch that featured multiple top-four finishes and a team title at the LR/Dunes West Intercollegiate, showing the ceiling and consistency needed to compete in a deep South Regional field. Now, the Railsplitters head back to Cleveland Country Club with momentum and a chance to extend their season on the national stage.
The NCAA South Regional includes the following teams: Wingate, Anderson (S.C.), Nova Southeastern, Lynn, Lander, Flagler, Barry, Lee, Tampa, North Georgia, Rollins, Saint Leo, Florida Southern, Eckerd, Lincoln Memorial and West Florida. Individuals in the field include Mary-Paige King (Catawba), Anaelle Picot (Carson-Newman), Eve Neild (Lenoir-Rhyne), McLain Neal (USC Beaufort), Emery Fisher (Carson-Newman) and Alba Cáliz Rejas (Emmanuel).
Regional play consists of three rounds of stroke play, with the top finishing teams from each region advancing to the NCAA Division II Women's Golf National Championship, scheduled for May 12–16 at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
