Harrogate, TN -- It was a good week for men's basketball. After traveling to Carson-Newman and defeating the Eagles in their own nest, the Railsplitters were back home on Saturday, hosting the Coker Cobras. Lincoln Memorial went on to claim its second win of the week, extending its home winning streak to seven games. Nate Mims turned in a strong two-game stretch, logging a combined 62 minutes while scoring 32 points on 13-of-23 shooting from the floor. He knocked down three three-pointers on seven attempts and was perfect at the free-throw line at 3-for-3. Mims was active on the glass with 16 total rebounds, including two offensive and 14 defensive boards, while also contributing three assists. Defensively, he made his presence felt with five steals and three blocks, and he committed just one turnover, rounding out an efficient, all-around performance for the week.
